Our general aims are to establish an economic modeling method that is relevant for the development of Indonesia; and to establish dynamic thinking about economic system at the local, national and global level through scientific discourses, which are developed based on models to achieve social welfare that is based on principles of just, sustainability, sovereignty and technology.
Our specific aims are to develop models that integrate science and technology into local, national, regional and sectoral economics; to develop alternative models as scientific base for constructing fiscal, non-fiscal and monetary policies; and to facilitate knowledge transfer among other schools or faculties in ITB via providing economics courses.
