General Information

Drilling Engineering, Production, Oil and Gas Management is a research group under the Petroleum Engineering study program. DEPOGM Research Group’s activities throughout 2016 include doing research in ITB, research collaboration with other institution, participating in both national and international seminars, participating in holding Petroleum Engineer certification with IATMI and Society of Petroleum Engineer, and visiting other national or international institutions. The research results are then publicized in the form of papers/journals.

DEPOGM Research Group’s role in education is to give lectures in undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Petroleum Engineering study program. In terms of research, DEPOGM Research Group conducts research in developing exploration technology and exploitation of oil and gas as well as geothermal. DEPOGM Research Group also provides consultation service to several industries.
