JWEF 2014 is the first international forum in Indonesia that was initiated by the Ministry of Entrepreneurship KM ITB and SBM ITB. On the first day, there are two keynote speakers, Mooryati Soedibyo (Founder Mustika Ratu) and Alexander Yahya (Head of Economy and Finance HIPMI). Mooryati explained, in the WEF there is a 80% entrepreneurs (business and social) and 20% of policy-makers, experts, and academics. WEF is a unique concept of entrepreneurship forum to address major challenges in a globalized world. Many countries have joined and brought the concept of entrepreneurship to the international sphere.

According to her, the state with the entrepreneurial spirit and soul will be free of squalor because they can be independent and create well-being. The entrepreneurial spirit is very important for a country to be lived to the public mindset change with behavior also changed. He also mentioned about the free market of ASEAN is already in sight. Not only used for the arena to compete, but also as an opportunity to work together. Later, with the growth of international entrepreneurial, Indonesia will not only be a huge and lucrative market for other countries. But also have to make other countries  as a market.

Alexander tells his story when he first began the business as a result of the current economic crisis in 1998. He also explains the importance of entrepreneurship. The most important thing in entrepreneurship thinks is an innovation. Through innovation in entrepreneurship will result in a strong economy. It also needs a very strong mentally to be an entrepreneur because will be going through various challenges. For him the hero of today is an entrepreneurs, "Entrepreneurs are the heroes. They are the ones who can push the ideals and capable of creating justice and prosperity in a way to create jobs and pay taxes that make growing development," said Alexander after delivering his speech.

On those day also invited young entrepreneurs who have succeeded in developing a business. They convey the story to further foster the spirit of entrepreneurship. It also held a talk show with JWEF representatives from other countries, namely Elim Chew (Singapore) and Mateusz Rybinski (Poland) on the international demand forecasting trends.

On the second day, a workshop held at the Auditorium of SBM ITB invites speakers from the corporate and business consultant. Wawan Dewanto, PhD. , Chairman of the Entrepreneurial Studies Program, hopes that this JWEF not only be an event, but actually form a forum and a community that is able to spread the virus of entrepreneurship in Indonesia. As well as young entrepreneurs have a container to be an international businessman who has a network. Like Hafiz Hudany expectations, (Management ITB), Indonesia JWEF 2014 executive chairman, "May JWEF can remain consistent and continue and be a forum for all entrepreneurs in Indonesia,".
