ITB Career Center Collaborates with Tugu Insurance to Present Quality Career Opportunities
BANDUNG, itb.ac.id – ITB Career Center and Tugu Insurance collaborated to organize a Campus Roadshow at the Science Auditorium, East Campus Center, ITB Ganesha Campus, on Thursday (9/11/2023). The event is part of a series of Professional Development Programs (PDP Hiring) hosted by Tugu Insurance.
Professional Development Program (PDP) is a year-long educational and training program aimed at nurturing young professionals with the potential to become future leaders in various fields at Tugu Insurance.
The program undergoes five rigorous selection stages, namely Administrative Selection, Assessment & English Test, Presentation (Video Interview), Medical Check-Up, and Panel Interview.
In the Campus Roadshow at ITB, a talk show titled 'Empowering Career to New Heights: Best Home for Professional Growth' was held. During the Talkshow on Culture & People Relation Department at Tugu Insurance, Apriyandi explained that the company embodies its core values in the acronym AKHLAK, which stands for Amanah (Trustworthy), Kompeten (Competent), Harmonis (Harmonious), Loyal, Adaptif (Adaptive), and Kolaboratif (Collaborative). This demonstrates the commitment to building a strong company culture focused on integrity and collaboration.
Moreover, Tugu Insurance fosters a culture that supports employees in maintaining a balance between their roles within and outside of work. Through various internal company activities, Tugu Insurance provides a platform for employees to channel their interests, talents, and hobbies. One such provision is the presence of a tennis court that can be utilized by the employees.
