Minister of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Maman Abdurrahman and the Rector of Institut Teknologi Bandung visited the West Java Integrated Entrepreneur Hub 2025, held at the East Hall of ITB’s Ganesha Campus on Wednesday (September 17, 2025). The event showcased various ITB innovations, including the Mesin Jemur Dehidrator.
The Mesin Jemur Dehidrator is a drying machine designed for a wide range of commodities—such as turmeric, yam bean, sweet potatoes, raspberries, chilies, fish, and ginger. It offers an effective solution to challenges in agricultural, livestock, and fishery processing, addressing issues like limited sun exposure, contamination, and inconsistent product quality that often arise with traditional sun-drying methods.
The Integrated Entrepreneur Hub itself is an entrepreneurship program and ecosystem initiated by the Ministry of MSMEs to foster the growth and strengthening of MSMEs in Indonesia through collaboration with multiple stakeholders and business actors.
