The ITB Chemistry Masters Study Program was founded in 1980 and has been accredited by BAN-PT. The vision of the Master of Chemistry Study Program is to become a master-level education provider in the field of chemistry that relies on the latest scientific developments in chemistry so that it becomes a reference for the scientific community both nationally and internationally. 

Objectives
In addition, the Chemistry Masters Study Program also acts as an initiator in the development of chemistry and its applications, which are oriented towards utilizing Indonesia's natural resources to improve the nation's welfare.

1. Fast Track Program: Undergraduate students of the ITB Chemistry Honors Program take part in the Master's credits in their fourth year so they can complete the Master's program in one year.
2. Program Sandwiches: This program has been running since 2007 and has produced more than 20 Master of Chemistry graduates who work in the industrial sector or continue their studies at domestic and foreign universities.
3. Double Degree Program: Students can earn Master's degrees from ITB and Master's degrees from the University of Twente or selected universities in France within two years. This program has been going on since 2008 and has produced 15 graduates who work in the industrial sector or continue their studies at domestic and foreign universities. 

The ITB Chemistry Masters Program curriculum includes at least 36 credits consisting of 12 credits for compulsory courses, 12 for elective courses, and 12 for research with a two-year study period. At the end of the education period, student research results are written as a thesis and communicated through seminars and scientific publications.

Career Prospects
Graduates of the Master of Chemistry program have contributed to the development of chemistry knowledge both nationally and globally. Many graduates work in educational, research, industry, and government institutions. They also get domestic or foreign scholarships to continue their study at the chemistry doctoral program level. In addition, graduates have published their research results in various reputable international and national journals. They impact improving the quality of chemical research nationally and globally.
