REQUIREMENT FOR TRANSFER STUDENT CANDIDATE
For those who apply as transfer students, he/she should have study in his/her origin university, for at least 4 semester, and came from a same study program with the desired study program in ITB. The application letter must have been received in the Directorate of Education of ITB not later than 8 June 2012. The application ought to be completed with the supporting documents such as:
- Copy of High School Certificate or equivalent, endorsed and authorized by the government of the applicant’s country of origin, and valid within the maximum period of 3 years. For applicants from Malaysia, the certificate recognized by ITB is that of Sijil Tinggi.
- Copy of Academic Transcript from the applicant’s former university, validated by the applicant’s country of origin.
- Syllabus of the courses from the applicant’s former university, as mentioned on the copy
- TOEFL/IELTS certificate, not exceeding the period of 6 months of validity. For applicants from Malaysia, MUET certificate that does not exceed the 6 month period can be used. The minimum TOEFL/IELT/MUET score required will be announced later.
- Colour Blindness Verification certificate
- Copy of birth certificate validated by the authority of the applicant’s country of origin.
- Copy of valid applicant’s Identity Card.
- 2 black and white recent photographs of 4 X 6 cm.
